All Creative Care Child Care Centers are currently participating in the Keystone STARS Certification Program. Keystone STARS is a five-level program in Pennsylvania to evaluate and improve the quality of childcare. The program offers Standards, Training, Assistance, Resources and Support (STARS) to child care providers to improve and recognize achievements.

Our staff consists of trained and educated teachers. All Creative Care Centers are involved in the TEACH program which offers the teachers full scholarships to continue their education and obtain a higher degree. We provide the staff with additional trainings through out the year as well as first aid and CPR
