Rebecca Holland
Owner
Creative Care Childcare’s owner, Rebecca Holland Young, is an experienced childcare manager who holds a Masters Degree in Organizational Leadership from Cabrini College. Rebecca graduated from IRCC in Fort Pierce, Florida, with an Associates Degree in Early Childhood Development and Education and after moving to Pennsylvania, Rebecca obtained a Bachelors Degree in Accounting from Arcadia University.
Rebecca previously owned centers in Florida which were accredited through the National Association of Early Young Children. Her centers first opened in Pennsylvania in 2002 and the centers are working toward accreditation through the Pennsylvania Keystone Stars Program.
Rebecca, a young business woman, needed to have a dream, a plan, an enterprise that would carry her into the future. What better dream for the future could she have than to care for and educated the children of the future? A dream in which she could include her growing family as well as satisfy her wish to help and serve many others.
Rebecca's dream is recognized in those directors, teachers, assistants, bookkeepeers, cooks, maintenance people, parents and especially the children, who have had and continue to live as part of her dream.

Mirella Romualdi
Regional Operations Manager
As the Regional Operations Manager, it is my job to support the individual needs of each Creative Care Location. I work closely with Site Directors and Teaching Staff to ensure that we are providing a loving and developmentally appropriate environment where each individual child is provided a safe place to play and learn.
I graduated from West Chester University in 1995 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education. I had been working in child care settings during college and decided to remain committed to the early childhood field throughout my teaching career.
I spent 8 years as a Director for Mulberry Child Care and Philadelphia Navy Base CDC, respectfully. In 2004, I became involved with Keystone Stars as a trainer for early child care educators. I was the Director of our Jeffersonville location up until April 2010. My commitment to the quality of the overall program has led me to this current Operations position. I am fortunate to work for an organization that recognizes the importance of a quality early childhood program.
On a more personal note, I have a great passion for cooking and spending time with family. I have two daughters – Trinity and Kelsey. I love to read and to work on jigsaw puzzles. I am proud of the work I do in the Early Childhood field and my hope is to impact teachers to be leaders in this profession. I am confident that your child will have a wonderful experience at Creative Care. If at any time you have questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact me.
Judy Flanigan
Curriculum Specialist
My name is Judy Flanigan and I am the Curriculum Specialist for Creative Care Childcare Centers. My role includes developing and training our teachers to implement quality programs in all of our classrooms. ECE has been my field for nearly 30 years and my experience includes a combination of teaching, supervising, administration, training and consulting. I've worked in both suburban and city programs in diverse program settings, including Early Intervention and Head Start in both center-based and home-based programs.
In addition to this professional experience, my husband and I have been foster parents to about 15 infants/toddlers when we worked with the Children's Aid Society to provide foster care to HIV positive infants, pre-adoptive infants, and infants/toddlers who had been exposed in utero to cocaine.
Both my undergraduate and graduate degrees are in Early Childhood Education from Temple University and Chestnut Hill College, respectively. I am currently pursuing an EdD at Temple University. In addition to teaching Children's Literature at Temple University, I've taught college courses at Montgomery County Community College, Arcadia University, and Manor College.
My special interest is supporting children's literacy development through children's literature, curriculum implementation in child care programs and integrating standards, curriculum and assessment in preschool classrooms.
