Dear Creative Care Families….

Kid Zone in Jeffersonville is located directly across the street from our main childcare center with space just for School Agers!!  On site activities include a game room, cooking lessons and homework center.  Before and After school transportation is provided to local schools along with an afternoon snack and homework help.  A fun filled summer camp program is run from the day school gets out till the day school starts.

Dear Creative Care Families….

Hello!  My name is Laura Simmers and I am the director of our Jeffersonville Centers!  I have my Bachelor’s degree with certification in Early Childhood Education and am also halfway through obtaining my Master’s of Education in ECE from Arcadia University.  I began working in the field of early childhood in 2001 and have enjoyed my roles as a teacher, assistant director and director of programs for children six weeks through 5th grade. 

I joined the Creative Care team in July of 2011 and value the time I spend in each of the classrooms as I get to know our wonderful children and families.  I am very familiar with Keystone Stars and am very fortunate to have a group of Teachers  committed to implementing a safe and high quality program.   In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my six year-old niece and watching Pittsburgh Steelers football games.
