Denise Griffin

Fiscal Manager

Hi, I’m Denise Griffin the Fiscal Manager for Creative Care Childcare Centers. I have a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Shippensburg University and have been working in the accounting field for over 15 years. I joined Creative Care Childcare Centers in 2007 and enjoy the challenge of overseeing the three childcare centers and consignment store financial activity. I primarily work out of the administrative office in our Jeffersonville location but also travel to each center once a week to work with the Directors.

I oversee the multitude of benefits offered by Creative Care Childcare Centers including medical, dental, vacation and holiday pay as well as an employer matched 401K plan introduced in the summer of 2008. Our participation in Keystone Stars and the TEACH tuition reimbursement program provides additional funding that is also managed in the administrative office.

As the mother of two children I appreciate all the effort the staff and management put into running a quality childcare center. The energy and enthusiasm of Rebecca, the owner, pushes us into new projects and additional funding that directly benefit the care provided to the children of the centers.
